Paul Gustard

Paul is Head of Rugby at Harlequins. Having played for Leicester Tigers, London Irish, Saracens & England squads, Paul’s first coaching role was with Saracens becoming assistant 1st team coach moving to be in charge of the defence and forwards in 2008. In 2016 Paul became England defence coach under the Eddie Jones and in May 2018 Paul took the reign's as Head of Rugby at Harlequins.
