John Fletcher

John is one of most successful rugby coaches in the world with an incredible reputation for open mindedness, creative thinking & supportive coaching nature. Whist working at Newcastle Falcons John transitioned from Academy Manager to Director of Rugby before taking up a role with England Rugby as U18s Head Coach for over a decade bringing through many of the household names we now know and love. John is also co-founder of the Magic Academy supporting coach and people development.
